Product Manager for Software Solutions

Job Overview:

The S-Management Services GmbH is a specialized service provider for the Sparkassen-Finanzgruppe, part of the DSV Group. We offer innovative solutions and promote the long-term business success of our clients through software, forms, and services. Our goal is to make complexity manageable and achieve the optimal balance between depth and simplicity.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement strategic positioning for software solutions
  • Conceptualize, develop, and manage existing and new software solutions and services from idea to market launch
  • Develop and manage business models for supported products with business responsibility
  • Market software solutions in coordination with sales and marketing teams
  • Support technical discussions, presentations, and workshops with customers and in customer projects using in-depth product knowledge
  • Deploy products and manage contracts

Required Profile:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Business Informatics, or a related field
  • Proficiency in Microsoft tools and SAP
  • Experience in product management, including business development, portfolio management, and establishing offer capabilities
  • Familiarity with revenue and cost planning is a plus
  • Strong team skills, analytical thinking, and high innovation ability
  • Excellent conceptual and communicative skills with a strong focus on consulting and customer orientation, as well as sales passion
  • High quality and responsibility awareness with an independent work style
