Quality Assurance Test Manager

As a certified Test Manager (m/f/d), you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the excellence of our clients' IT software systems.

In this customer-focused project, you will oversee test management in accordance with ISTQB standards. Your primary responsibilities will include:
- Taking charge of quality assurance for multiple sub-projects within a significant software development initiative.
- Managing the testing activities that precede the deployment of new or modified software components.
- Formulating the testing strategy, developing test concepts, defining testing methodologies and tools, planning tests, coordinating testing efforts, and tracking defects.
- Facilitating communication across all levels, providing coaching and mediation among all stakeholders involved in delivery and testing.
- Documenting activities and generating comprehensive reports.
- Engaging in project management, preparing reports and proposals for continuous improvement, and conducting 'lessons learned' reviews in the testing process.
Work Environment: Hybrid working model, with opportunities for both on-site and remote work.
Your Qualifications:
- A technical degree or a minimum of 5 years of professional experience in software quality assurance.
- Certification in test management at the ISTQB Advanced Level.
- Extensive project experience in planning and ensuring quality in large-scale software projects.
- Strong understanding of the release management process and software lifecycle management.
- Excellent communication skills, particularly in moderation and motivation.
- Analytical and structured approach to problem-solving.
- Proficient in written and spoken German (C2 level according to the European Framework of Reference for Languages).
