Position Overview

Our Software Quality Solutions are utilized by numerous development projects globally to ensure optimal code quality prior to deployment. These solutions encompass a variety of tools, ranging from automated GUI testing to static code analysis, with additional service-based offerings in our current and future portfolio.

We are seeking a Technical Product Manager for our product Axivion, designed to address the requirements for Static Code Analysis and Software Architecture Verification. You will be responsible for the product roadmap, guided by customer insights, business feedback, and the competitive landscape to meet strategic objectives. Collaboration with our Commercial Product Managers is essential to align the roadmap with our business unit's strategic goals and market initiatives. You will stay abreast of industry trends and represent the voice of the customer for product marketing and R&D teams. A hands-on approach is essential, as familiarity with our product and its daily use by customers is expected. Your data-driven mindset and enthusiasm for making a significant impact on the company's business are crucial.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the roadmap for the Axivion product
  • Oversee the execution of the product roadmap, collaborating with R&D to prioritize development while balancing technical implementation and time-to-market
  • Define and monitor product success metrics and KPIs
  • Manage requirements and gather product feedback
  • Conduct A/B testing, analytics, market research, and competitive analysis to inform product decisions
  • Act as a thought leader and product expert in internal and customer interactions
  • Engage with stakeholders through various communication channels for input gathering, future planning, and deliverable alignment
  • Share knowledge proactively through focused webinars, training sessions, and workshops
  • Inspire and provide a compelling vision to engineering teams

Candidate Profile

  • At least 5 years of experience in product management for a highly technical software product
  • Familiarity with product management principles and frameworks
  • Technical background with the ability to collaborate effectively with technical product managers and R&D teams
  • Strong experience in requirements management and product initiative management
  • Knowledge of agile development and product management methodologies
  • Analytical mindset: ability to model business scenarios and make data-driven product decisions
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Proficiency in English
  • Willingness to travel internationally

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with C/C++ and its compilers
  • Background in embedded products and highly regulated industries (e.g., automotive, medical)
  • Interest in Static Code Analysis (SCA) and Software Architecture
  • Previous experience in the software testing industry is advantageous
