Key Responsibilities:
The ideal candidate will serve as a senior partner, collaborating across different functions and businesses to facilitate new site launches and manage various lifecycle stages from a PXT (HR) perspective.

  • Support all phases of the site lifecycle, including launches, refurbishments, and relocations.
  • Ensure compliance with standards for employee-impacting environments throughout all lifecycle stages.
  • Identify and escalate any deviations from established standards regarding employee-impacting spaces.
  • Proactively manage and resolve risks associated with employee impacts during lifecycle stages, influencing mitigation strategies.
  • Address and resolve critical hiring risks during site launches, refurbishments, or retrofits, ensuring adherence to internal guidelines.
  • Oversee the timely and accurate setup of HR systems, processes, and Day 1 Launch celebrations as required.
  • Coordinate and establish PXT capability programs for field teams at managed sites.
  • Develop and implement communication plans for all lifecycle stages at managed sites.
  • Lead cross-business and cross-country initiatives aimed at enhancing the Associate Experience throughout all lifecycle phases.
  • Facilitate project communications with stakeholders and lead project status meetings.
  • Build collaborative partnerships across functions, working closely with Regional Operations leaders, site management teams, and departments such as Recruiting, WFS, PR, and Legal to achieve objectives related to all lifecycle stages.
  • Establish a People Governance structure for all lifecycle stages at managed sites.

Basic Qualifications:

  • A minimum of a Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
  • Demonstrated experience in cross-functional and international project management, managing complex change initiatives.
  • Strong understanding of relevant employment legislation that may affect projects.
  • Fluency in both written and spoken English.
  • Willingness to travel more than 50% of the time is essential.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Generalist PXT (HR) experience in a dynamic, operational setting is preferred.
  • Proficiency in German is advantageous.
