About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior HR Site Lifecycle Partner to join our team at Amazon Support Services Germany GmbH. As a key member of our HR team, you will play a critical role in supporting the launch and operation of new sites across Europe.

Key Responsibilities
  • Site Lifecycle Management: Support all site lifecycle stages, including site launches, retrofits, refurbishments, and relocations, ensuring that standards for people impacting spaces are met.
  • Risk Management: Anticipate and escalate/resolve people impacting risks for site lifecycle stages and influence mitigation strategies.
  • Project Coordination: Coordinate and set up people systems, processes, and tools for site launches, including Time and Attendance, HRIS tools, and Employee engagement processes.
  • Communication Planning: Create and implement communications plans for all site lifecycle stages.
  • Associate Experience: Run cross-business lines and cross-country projects focused on improving Associate Experience at all site lifecycle stages.
  • Project Facilitation: Facilitate project communication to stakeholders and lead project status meetings.
  • Partnership Building: Build cross-functional partnerships with Regional Operations leaders, site leadership teams, and other departments to achieve objectives connected to all site lifecycle stages.
Requirements
  • Education: Minimum of a Bachelor's degree or equivalent degree.
  • Experience: Proven cross-functional and international project management experience, handling complex change initiatives.
  • Language Skills: Fluency in both verbal and written English.
  • Travel Requirements: Ability to travel 50%+ of working time is required.
Preferred Qualifications
  • PXT (HR) Exposure: Generalist PXT (HR) exposure in a fast-paced, operational environment is desired.
  • Language Skills: Fluency in German is a plus.
