JUNIOR CUSTOMER EXPERIENCE MANAGER

Wir suchen eine Persönlichkeit, die sich für die Betreuung unserer Kunden begeistern kann. Als Junior Customer Experience Manager bist du mitverantwortlich für die inhaltliche Entwicklung, Überarbeitung und operative Umsetzung unserer Online-Kurse. Du hast Spaß an der Kommunikation mit Lernenden, findest am liebsten kund*innenorientierte Lösungen und fühlst dich in der digitalen Welt zu Hause?
Aufgaben- Die exzellente Betreuung unserer Teilnehmenden durch unsere Weiterbildungen (z.B. E-Learnings, Online-Seminare) hin zum erfolgreichen Abschluss
- Die erste Ansprechperson für unsere Kursteilnehmenden und Beantwortung sämtlicher Anfragen über Slack und per E-Mail
- Die Dokumentationspflichten für unsere durch die Agentur für Arbeit geförderten Weiterbildungen (AZAV zertifiziert) zu gewährleisten
- Den Lernfortschritt der geförderten Teilnehmenden wöchentlich im Blick zu halten, um sie zum erfolgreichen Kursabschluss zu begleiten
- Das Teilnehmenden-Management in unserem CRM Tool zu pflegen
- Die administrative und technische Betreuung unserer Online-Seminare auf Plattformen wie Zoom oder WebinarJam zu übernehmen
- Als Moderator*in die Speaker*innen und unsere Teilnehmenden durch die Online-Seminare zu führen und eine hervorragende Experience sicherzustellen
- Reportings anhand des Feedbacks unserer Kursteilnehmer*innen zu erstellen, um daraus Optimierungsmaßnahmen abzuleiten und umzusetzen
- Zuverlässig und professionell mit externen Partner*innen, wie zum Beispiel den Speaker*innen unserer Seminare, unseren Firmenkund*innen sowie dem Jobcenter zu kommunizieren
- Erste Erfahrung in der Kundenbetreuung sowie ausgeprägtes Interesse für digitales Lernen und Online-Marketing
- Leidenschaft für die Betreuung von Kund*innen sowie die Fähigkeit, die Bedürfnisse der Kursteilnehmer*innen zu erkennen und darauf einzugehen
- Spaß an einem administrativen Aufgabenbereich in einem dynamischen Arbeitsumfeld
- Gute Kenntnisse MS Office Programme und Google Dienste (Gmail, Google Calendar, Google Drive etc.)
- Sehr gute schriftliche und mündliche Kommunikationsfähigkeiten auf Deutsch sowie gute Englischkenntnisse
- Durch deine digitale Affinität kannst du dich schnell auf verschiedene Tools einlassen
