Job Description

We are seeking a Customer Experience Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will support various projects related to the Hapag-Lloyd 2030 strategy. The role will involve leading or supporting programs within the areas of customer service excellence, digital product adoption, and process improvement. The candidate will work closely with commercial business units, IT teams, and the communication department to create a comprehensive work plan and monitor progress.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead or support programs within the areas of customer service excellence, digital product adoption, and process improvement.
  • Collaborate with commercial business units, IT teams, and the communication department to create a comprehensive work plan and monitor progress.
  • Measure, analyze, and evaluate existing processes to identify areas for improvement.
  • Propose improvement opportunities and ensure governance is established for tracking and reporting changes.
  • Draft information for management and work closely with the communication department for internal and external communication.
Requirements
  • University degree in economics, business administration, or a similar field.
  • Experience with shipping, logistics, supply chain, or forwarding is mandatory.
  • Experience in project and program management is required.
  • Fluency in spoken and written English is essential, with German being beneficial.
