Junior Client Success Manager (m/w/d) - CUPRA and SEAT

Your Responsibilities:
  • Design and execute integrated marketing campaigns and initiatives for our automotive partners SEAT/CUPRA
  • Offer operational assistance and strategic advice to clients while ensuring alignment with organizational goals
  • Work collaboratively with the team to generate inventive concepts that resonate with contemporary trends
  • Draft creative briefs for both immediate and long-term projects across various channels
  • Coordinate with creative teams and strategists to maintain a seamless workflow
  • Oversee budgets and guarantee the punctual execution of marketing activities
  • Prepare engaging presentations for clients
  • Independently manage daily responsibilities
Your Profile:
  • Degree in business or communications, with a minimum of three years of experience in client relations
  • Fluency in German and proficiency in English
  • Familiarity with communication channels spanning traditional to digital
  • Passion for brand engagement in sectors such as automotive, music, sports, and gaming
  • Exceptional communication and presentation abilities
  • Team-oriented with a strong sense of motivation and adaptability
