Position Overview: We are currently seeking a Senior Client Relationship Manager to enhance our team in Frankfurt on a permanent basis.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Act as the primary liaison between external clients and internal teams.
  • Collaborate with various departments to address inquiries from clients, advisors, and the KVG.
  • Oversee the client meeting schedule, facilitate and lead meetings, and document meeting outcomes.
  • Organize and conduct operational due diligence sessions.
  • Establish and maintain robust relationships with KVG entities in the region.
  • Manage client communications and reporting processes.
  • Work alongside the RFP team to provide Due Diligence Questionnaires to clients.
  • Coordinate with global teams to assist in the onboarding of new clients.
  • Identify potential new projects by evaluating the current landscape and future business requirements.
  • Provide insights and recommendations that align with evolving business objectives.

Candidate Profile:

  • A minimum of 5 years of experience with the KVG framework.
  • Proven experience in client services, sales support, account management, or relationship management within the institutional investment sector.
  • A strong client-focused mindset.
  • Fluency in both German and English at a native or bilingual level.
