About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced sales professional to join our team as a Regional Sales Director. In this role, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and revenue expansion in your assigned region.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and expand customer base
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers and stakeholders
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and pursue new business opportunities
  • Provide sales training and coaching to sales teams to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to succeed
  • Monitor and analyze sales performance data to identify trends and areas for improvement
Requirements
  • 5+ years of experience in sales of complex enterprise software
  • Proven track record of success in driving sales growth and revenue expansion
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
  • Business level English, German: Fluent
