About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Regional Sales Director to lead our sales team in Berlin. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth and expanding our customer base.

Key Responsibilities
  • Pre-Sale and Sales
    • Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue targets.
    • Lead and motivate a team of sales professionals to achieve sales goals.
    • Monitor sales performance and provide coaching and feedback to team members.
    • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions.
    • Collaborate with the Community Manager to ensure seamless onboarding and customer satisfaction.
  • Customer Success - Retention and Upsell
    • Analyze sales data to identify opportunities for growth and develop strategies to increase revenue.
    • Use CRM systems to maintain accurate customer information and track sales performance.
    • Identify new business opportunities and develop plans to pursue them.
    • Work with the customer experience team to resolve any issues and ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Requirements
    • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
    • Minimum 2 years of leadership experience in sales.
    • 4+ years of sales experience with a proven track record of success.
    • Proficient in CRM platforms, preferably Salesforce.
    • Excellent communication, writing, and presentation skills.
    • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
    • Fluent in German and English.
