About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Sales Director to lead our Enterprise Sales team in the DACH region. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for developing and executing regional sales strategies to drive revenue growth and expand our customer base.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement sales plans to achieve revenue targets
  • Maintain relationships with key customers in Europe and identify opportunities for growth
  • Lead a team of solution engineers, account managers, and customer success specialists
  • Collaborate with Solution Engineers and other team members to prepare proposals, demos, and use case reviews
  • Provide strategic input to internal discussions and ensure customer needs are aligned with company goals
