Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead a team of 8 Account Executives to drive sales growth and expansion in the German market.
  • Develop and implement a strong sales strategy to achieve quarterly targets and exceed sales goals.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including customer success, marketing, and sales development, to win global and local deals.
  • Recruit, onboard, and manage a diverse team of sales professionals, providing coaching and development opportunities to ensure their success.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, understanding their challenges and providing tailored solutions to meet their needs.
  • Monitor market trends and competitive landscape, using data to inform sales strategies and improve performance.
  • Represent CoachHub at industry events and conferences, showcasing our expertise and thought leadership.
Requirements:
  • At least 7 years of experience in complex B2B solution sales as an individual contributor.
  • At least 5 years of experience leading a high-performing sales team in the complex B2B enterprise space.
  • Proven track record of consistently achieving and exceeding quarterly targets.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a team.
  • Strong business acumen, with a deep understanding of the sales process and customer needs.
  • Fluency in German (C1 level) and professional English.
  • Ability to travel internationally and domestically, with a willingness to relocate to Germany, Austria, or Switzerland.
