- At least 5 years of experience leading a high-performing sales team in the complex B2B enterprise space.
- Proven track record of consistently achieving and exceeding quarterly targets.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a team.
- Strong business acumen, with a deep understanding of the sales process and customer needs.
- Fluency in German (C1 level) and professional English.
- Ability to travel internationally and domestically, with a willingness to relocate to Germany, Austria, or Switzerland.
