Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Regional Sales Director to lead our sales efforts in Germany, Austria, and Switzerland. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and outcomes in the DACH region.

Key Responsibilities
  • New Business Development
    • Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the DACH region
    • Develop and maintain relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders
    • Collaborate with internal teams to develop and execute sales strategies
    • Negotiate and close deals to meet sales targets
  • Client Retention and Account Management
    • Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients
    • Identify and pursue new business opportunities within existing client accounts
    • Collaborate with internal teams to develop and execute account management strategies
  • Partner Management
    • Develop and maintain relationships with key software partners
    • Collaborate with internal teams to develop and execute partner management strategies
    • Identify and pursue new business opportunities through partner channels
  • Business Development Planning
    • Develop and execute business development plans to drive sales growth
    • Identify and pursue new business opportunities through industry events and conferences
    • Collaborate with internal teams to develop and execute business development strategies
  • Management and Research
    • Manage and analyze sales data to inform business decisions
    • Develop and execute sales forecasts and targets
    • Collaborate with internal teams to develop and execute sales strategies
    Requirements
    • Minimum of three years of experience in sales or business development
    • Demonstrated knowledge and ability with systems integration and data management concepts
    • Deep financial services industry knowledge
    • Demonstrated ability to build relationships at all levels within client accounts
    • Demonstrated ability to identify and sell new project opportunities
    • Possesses qualities of both a self-starter and team player
    • Fluent in German language
    • Willingness to travel up to 90%
