Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Regional Sales Director for Germany to join our team. As a Regional Sales Director, you will be responsible for leading a team of Account Executives (AEs) to expand CoachHub's footprint in Germany and develop new business opportunities.

Key Responsibilities

  • Recruit, onboard, manage, coach, and develop a diverse team of A-class sales professionals.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, understanding their challenges and providing solutions that meet their needs.
  • Oversee and implement a strong operational rhythm around outbound, pipeline, forecast, and overall operations, identifying areas for improvement and developing sales plans and strategies to achieve sales goals.
  • Utilize data to lead meaningful conversations with clients and team members, improve performance, and accelerate customer transformation journeys.
  • Relentlessly manage monthly, quarterly, and annual sales goals, and be a high-energy motivator while setting an aggressive pace daily and weekly cadence.
  • Monitor the market and competitive landscape, and have a knack for connecting disparate data points to find insights that can be used to sell.
  • Develop relationships with critical accounts, helping customers and sellers navigate decision and purchasing cycles, and be seen as a world-class seller by your team.
  • Represent CoachHub at fairs and events, act as a speaker and thought leader, and set the standard, demonstrate the standard, and hold your team accountable.

Requirements

  • At least 7 years of experience in complex B2B solution sales as an individual contributor.
  • At least 5 years of experience directly leading a high-performing sales team in the complex B2B enterprise space.
  • Proven track record of consistently achieving and overachieving quarterly targets.
  • Lived and breathed full-cycle sales across many roles from cold call outbound prospecting to upselling large clients.
  • Develop relationships that embody both personal connectivity and strong business value, demonstrating outstanding leadership.
  • Consistently outwork everyone and apply a growth mindset to everything you do.
  • Understand the value of continuous education through workshops, seminars, training, and coaching, and drive yourself and your team to consistently improve.
  • Willing to travel internationally and domestically, and have experience selling to HR/Talent/L&D departments is a plus.
  • Experience in SaaS/software sales is preferred.
  • Must speak C1 Level German and Professional English.
  • Must be located in Germany, Austria, or Switzerland.
