Job Overview:

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Regional Sales Director for the DACH region to develop and execute strategic sales plans, drive growth, and lead a high-performing sales team.


Key Responsibilities:

Leadership: Develop and implement a comprehensive sales strategy to drive revenue growth and expand market share.

Team Management: Lead, mentor, and motivate the regional sales team to achieve sales targets and exceed customer expectations.

Client Relationships: Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions.

Market Analysis: Conduct market research to identify trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape to inform sales strategies.

Sales Execution: Drive the entire sales cycle from prospecting to closing deals, ensuring a seamless customer experience.

Performance Monitoring: Track sales performance metrics and report on key indicators to inform business decisions.

Brand Ambassador: Represent Edison Smart at industry events and conferences to build brand awareness and thought leadership.


Qualifications:

  • Experience: 10+ years in technology sales, 5+ in a leadership role focused on edge compute and web security services.
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Computer Science, or related field; MBA is a plus.


Skills:

  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.
  • Strong understanding of edge computing and web security technologies.
  • Exceptional leadership and communication skills to motivate and inspire the sales team.
  • Fluency in German and English required.
