About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced sales professional to join our team as a Regional Sales Director. In this role, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth and expanding our customer base in the region.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and expand customer relationships.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders at customer organizations.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and pursue new business opportunities.
  • Provide sales support and guidance to internal teams to ensure successful customer engagements.
Requirements
  • 5+ years of experience in sales of complex enterprise software, preferably with finance, treasury, GRC, and order-to-cash SaaS solutions.
  • Proven track record of success in driving revenue growth and expanding customer relationships.
  • Exceptional business acumen and ability to communicate effectively at all levels of an organization.
  • Fluent business-level English and German language skills.
