We are seeking an Enterprise Account Executive to become a vital part of our innovative team, which includes creatives, engineers, marketers, and skilled business professionals. In this role, you will engage with our current and prospective clients, fostering meaningful relationships that enhance customer satisfaction and contribute to our revenue growth.

This position is a full-time opportunity based in our office.

Your Responsibilities at Figma:

  • Develop a robust sales pipeline while surpassing quarterly and annual sales objectives.
  • Maintain our existing customer relationships by building strong connections and showcasing in-product analytics.
  • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to optimize sales effectiveness.
  • Analyze internal data to gain insights into customer usage, identifying risks and opportunities.
  • Formulate strategies based on insights to enhance customer engagement and product adoption.
  • Establish and nurture relationships with key stakeholders within Enterprise accounts.
  • Contribute to the development of foundational processes for all customer-facing teams.
  • Be prepared for occasional travel as needed.

We are looking for candidates who possess:

  • Demonstrated experience in Enterprise sales within a dynamic, growing organization.
  • The ability to think strategically and customize your approach to close complex sales cycles.
  • Strong prioritization skills to balance competing demands from clients and business needs.
  • Executive presence when engaging with C-Level executives.
  • Excellent problem-solving abilities, a positive demeanor, and a willingness to take initiative.

While not mandatory, the following qualifications would be advantageous:

  • Experience selling to technical audiences.
  • An entrepreneurial mindset.
  • Familiarity with sales and marketing automation tools.
  • Broader business acumen to collaborate with internal, cross-functional teams.
