Enterprise Account Executive

We are seeking a highly skilled Enterprise Account Executive to join our team at Merantix. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth and building strategic client relationships.
Key Responsibilities- Guide prospects through the entire sales cycle, from initial outreach to closing deals.
- Develop and execute sales strategies to meet and exceed revenue targets.
- Build and maintain relationships with high-profile clients, understanding and addressing their needs.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product, marketing, and leadership, to drive business growth.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments in AI, ESG, and sustainability.
- 3+ years of experience in enterprise sales or account management, with a focus on large, complex accounts.
- Experience or strong interest in sustainability, ESG consulting, or related fields.
- Strong affinity for technology, with a desire to learn about AI, LLMs, and product development.
- Fluency in English and another major European language (preferably German or French).
- Excellent presentation and communication skills, with the ability to engage audiences ranging from small teams to large executive groups.
- Willingness to travel for client meetings and industry events as needed.
