We are seeking a highly skilled Enterprise Sales Executive to join our business development team at Merantix. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth and managing client relationships through the entire sales cycle.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and execute sales strategies to engage and close deals with large enterprise clients, particularly in complex, consultative sales environments.
- Build and maintain relationships with high-profile clients, understanding and addressing their needs to drive business growth.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product, marketing, and leadership, to develop and implement sales strategies.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments in sustainability, ESG management, and AI, applying this knowledge to drive sales growth and client satisfaction.
- 3+ years of experience in enterprise sales or account management, with a focus on large, complex accounts.
- Strong background in sustainability, ESG consulting, or related fields, with a passion for driving business growth in this area.
- Excellent presentation and communication skills, with the ability to engage audiences ranging from small teams to large executive groups.
- Fluency in English and another major European language (preferably German or French).
- Willingness to travel for client meetings and industry events as needed.
