This is a full-time role that will be based in our Berlin office. As an Enterprise Sales Executive, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with our existing customer base and potential customers. Your primary goal will be to drive meaningful relationships that contribute to the customer experience and revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute sales strategies to exceed quarterly and annual sales targets
- Retain existing customers by providing exceptional service and support
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure sales effectiveness and customer satisfaction
- Analyze internal data to identify customer needs and opportunities for growth
- Develop and implement plans to improve customer engagement and product adoption
- Establish and maintain relationships with key customers within Enterprise accounts
- Contribute to the development of sales processes and procedures
Requirements:
- Proven experience in Enterprise sales with a strong track record of success
- Ability to think strategically and tailor your approach to the client and close complex sales cycles
- Executive presence when leading conversations with C-Level personas
- Problem-solving skills, a positive attitude, and willingness to be bold
