About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Enterprise Account Executive to join our team at Merantix. As a key member of our sales team, you will play a critical role in driving revenue growth and building strategic client relationships. Your main responsibility will be to guide prospects through the entire sales cycle, from initial outreach to closing deals.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to engage and close deals with large enterprise clients in complex, consultative sales environments.
  • Build and maintain relationships with high-profile clients, understanding and addressing their needs to drive business growth.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product, marketing, and leadership, to drive sales and revenue growth.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments in ESG, AI, and technology to provide expert guidance to clients.
Requirements
  • 3+ years of experience in enterprise sales or account management, with a focus on large, complex accounts.
  • Experience or strong interest in sustainability, ESG consulting, or related fields.
  • Strong affinity for technology, with a desire to learn about AI, LLMs, and product development.
  • Fluency in English and another major European language (preferably German or French).
  • Excellent presentation and communication skills, with the ability to engage audiences ranging from small teams to large executive groups.
