We are seeking a driven Sales Manager to join our dynamic team and contribute to our continued success. In this role, you will play a vital part in building relationships with clients, identifying their IT needs, and matching them with the perfect freelance talent from our extensive network.

Your Responsibilities
  • Develop and cultivate a strong client base through proactive outreach and targeted sales strategies.
  • Collaborate closely with our Recruiting Managers to understand client requirements and identify suitable IT freelancers for project assignments.
  • Negotiate contracts and agreements with both clients and IT freelancers, ensuring mutually beneficial outcomes.
  • Provide ongoing support to placed IT freelancers throughout the duration of their projects, fostering strong relationships and ensuring successful project implementations.
  • Engage in exciting new business development initiatives, client meetings, and discussions to expand our reach and impact.
Your Profile
  • You possess a strong work ethic, a results-oriented mindset, and a genuine passion for sales and building lasting relationships.
  • A commercial apprenticeship or degree in Business Administration (BWL) or a related field is preferred.
  • Prior experience in sales, marketing, or promotion is highly advantageous.
  • You thrive in a dynamic environment, enjoy engaging in negotiations, and possess excellent communication skills.
  • Your ability to build rapport quickly and effectively will be instrumental in your success.
