Area Sales Manager Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Area Sales Manager to join our sales team in Germany, covering the Bavaria region. This is a great opportunity for someone with B2B sales experience who will manage our customer accounts in these regions.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Identify market potential and recognize opportunities and threats in the market.
  • Analyze sales figures, recognize crucial developments, and have a plan to achieve turnover and margin objectives.
  • Plan appointments and convince customers to place more business with ADI, with the aim of building a sustainable relationship and growing turnover and margin.
Requirements:
  • Experience in a field sales role or equivalent experience.
  • Experience in a B2B sales environment.
  • Excellent communication and people skills.
  • Good planning and organizational skills.
  • Driving license.

  • Knowledge of the security industry is beneficial.
