We are seeking an experienced Area Sales Manager to join our sales team in Germany, covering the Bavaria region. This is a great opportunity for someone with B2B sales experience who will manage our customer accounts in these regions.
Key Responsibilities:- Identify market potential and recognize opportunities and threats in the market.
- Analyze sales figures, recognize crucial developments, and have a plan to achieve turnover and margin objectives.
- Plan appointments and convince customers to place more business with ADI, with the aim of building a sustainable relationship and growing turnover and margin.
- Experience in a field sales role or equivalent experience.
- Experience in a B2B sales environment.
- Excellent communication and people skills.
- Good planning and organizational skills.
- Driving license.
- A proficient understanding of key sales principles and best practices.
- An ability to take initiative and work with limited direction.
- Knowledge of the security industry is beneficial.
- An ability to influence customers while maintaining healthy relationships.
- Commercially astute with an understanding of the dynamics of sales growth, margin, and profitability, able to structure deals and work the ADI value proposition.
- Excellent opening, negotiating, and closing skills.
