Candidate Profile
  • Proficient in Danish (both spoken and written)
  • Strong English communication skills (both spoken and written)
  • Customer-focused, patient, and approachable demeanor
  • Professional communication abilities and relevant interpersonal skills
  • Good computer literacy (familiarity with web-based applications and MS Office)
  • Effective typing skills
  • Technical knowledge and experience in customer support is advantageous
  • Interest in both full-time and part-time roles
Your Responsibilities
  • Assist business clients through phone, email, and chat channels
  • Manage and resolve inquiries from assigned customers
  • Document and process client information and transaction details using internal systems

  • Develop and maintain a thorough understanding of available business software solutions and internal procedures
