Workstation Customer Care is seeking a dedicated and passionate Dutch-Speaking Virtual Banker to join our growing team. In this role, you will play a vital part in empowering individuals from all walks of life to take control of their financial futures.
As a Virtual Banker, you will be the first point of contact for our clients, providing exceptional customer service and guidance on a wide range of financial products and services. You will have the opportunity to educate clients, resolve inquiries, and build lasting relationships based on trust and expertise.
Responsibilities:- Provide comprehensive support to Dutch-speaking clients via inbound calls, addressing their questions and concerns with empathy and professionalism.
- Educate clients on various financial concepts and products, ensuring they understand the intricacies of their accounts and investment options.
- Act as a dedicated advocate for clients, actively listening to their needs and guiding them towards solutions that align with their financial goals.
- Utilize your investigative skills to efficiently resolve client issues, leveraging available resources and technology to find effective solutions.
- Collaborate effectively with a diverse team of colleagues, fostering a positive and supportive work environment.
- Native or near-native fluency in Dutch is essential.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients from diverse backgrounds.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and a commitment to delivering exceptional customer service.
- A passion for learning and a willingness to stay up-to-date on financial products and regulations.
