We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Service Representative to join our team at Majorel Münster GmbH. As a Danish-speaking customer service professional, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our business customers via phone, email, and chat.

Key Responsibilities
  • Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner
  • Document and process customer details and transaction data using internal tools
  • Build and update detailed knowledge of available business software solutions and internal processes
  • Generate an attractive incentive based on customer satisfaction results
Requirements
  • Excellent Danish language skills (spoken and written)
  • Very good English skills (spoken and written)
