Your Qualifications
  • Proficient in Dutch (both spoken and written)
  • Strong English language skills (both spoken and written)
  • Customer-oriented, patient, and friendly demeanor
  • Professional communication abilities and relevant soft skills
  • Good computer skills, including familiarity with web-based tools and MS Office
  • Adequate typing proficiency
  • Technical aptitude and experience in customer support is advantageous
  • Interest in both full-time and part-time work
Your Responsibilities
  • Assist business clients via phone, email, and chat
  • Manage and resolve inquiries from assigned customers
  • Document and process customer information and transaction data using internal systems
  • Opportunity to earn incentives based on customer satisfaction metrics
  • Develop and maintain a thorough understanding of available business software solutions and internal procedures
