- Technical aptitude and experience in customer support is advantageous
- Interest in both full-time and part-time work
- Assist business clients via phone, email, and chat
- Manage and resolve inquiries from assigned customers
- Document and process customer information and transaction data using internal systems

- Develop and maintain a thorough understanding of available business software solutions and internal procedures
