Your Qualifications
  • Fluent in Portuguese (both spoken and written) with strong English skills
  • Customer-focused, patient, and approachable demeanor
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Familiarity with internet search engines and marketing platforms is a plus
  • Proficient in PC usage, including internet browsers and Microsoft Office
  • Technical aptitude
Your Responsibilities
  • Manage customer inquiries via phone, addressing pre- and post-sales issues, campaign management, and account-related questions
  • Conduct proactive follow-up calls to customers
  • Build and maintain strong customer relationships
  • Oversee and enhance customer accounts and online marketing campaigns
  • Identify opportunities for optimization and upselling
