Your Qualifications
  • Proficient in Dutch (both spoken and written)
  • Strong English language skills (both spoken and written)
  • Customer-focused, patient, and approachable demeanor
  • Excellent communication skills complemented by relevant soft skills
  • Proficient in using web-based tools and MS Office
  • Good typing skills
  • Technical aptitude and experience in customer support is advantageous
  • Interest in both full-time and part-time roles
Your Responsibilities
  • Assist business clients through phone, email, and chat channels
  • Manage inquiries and cases for assigned clients
  • Document and process client information and transaction data using internal systems
  • Opportunity to earn incentives based on customer satisfaction metrics
  • Maintain and enhance knowledge of available business software solutions and internal processes
