About the Role

We are seeking a Senior Global Growth Planning & Consumer Analytics Manager to join our Brand Building department. As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial role in driving business growth and informing strategic decisions through data-driven insights.

Your Key Responsibilities
  • Lead growth planning and strategy development, working closely with the Consumer Insights team to define routes of growth and identify opportunities for expansion.
  • Consolidate and analyze multiple data sources, including market research and consumer insights, to inform business decisions and drive growth.
  • Develop and implement predictive analytics models, leveraging AI and machine learning techniques to support business investments and optimize resource allocation.
  • Collaborate with global analytics partners to ensure seamless data integration and insights-driven decision-making.
  • Support the development of key performance indicators (KPIs) and benchmarks to measure business performance and drive growth.
Your Ideal Profile
  • 8-10 years of experience in a similar role, with a strong background in data analysis and strategic planning.
  • Proven expertise in market research tools, including Nielsen and panel data.
  • Superior analytical and communication skills, with the ability to distill complex insights into actionable recommendations.
  • Fluency in English, with additional languages a plus.
  • Flexibility to travel and work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
