We are seeking a Senior Manager of Global Growth Strategy to bolster our Brand Building department.

Key Responsibilities

  • Spearhead Growth Planning initiatives
  • Collaborate with the Consumer Insights team by category to identify growth pathways
  • Integrate various analytical sources, including Consumer Insights and market data (e.g., Nielsen and Kantar Panel Data)
  • Define KPIs tailored to specific categories and projects
  • Establish benchmarks and targets for each category
  • Oversee the implementation of Predictive Analytics, utilizing robust business analysis to support global analytics projects and investments
  • Facilitate collaboration with global analytics partners (e.g., Nielsen, Kantar)

Ideal Candidate Profile

  • 8-10 years of experience in a similar role with a strong background in data analysis and follow-up on recommendations
  • Proficient in market analysis tools such as Nielsen and Panel Data
  • Exceptional analytical and communication skills
  • Ability to connect diverse data sources within a single analysis
  • Fluent in English; proficiency in additional languages is advantageous
  • Willingness to travel as needed
