Senior Manager of Global Growth Strategy & Consumer Insights (d/f/m)

Our products and services are available in approximately 150 countries under various esteemed brands, including market leaders such as TENA and Tork, alongside well-known names like Jobst, Leukoplast, Libero, Libresse, Lotus, Nosotras, Saba, Tempo, Vinda, and Zewa.

We are currently seeking a Senior Manager of Global Growth Strategy & Consumer Insights to bolster our Brand Building department.

Key Responsibilities

  • Spearhead Growth Planning initiatives
  • Collaborate with the Consumer Insights team by category to identify growth pathways
  • Aggregate and analyze diverse data sources, including Consumer Insights and market data (e.g., Nielsen and Kantar Panel Data)
  • Define KPIs aligned with specific categories and projects
  • Establish benchmarks and targets for each category
  • Oversee the implementation of Predictive Analytics, utilizing AI to support global analytics projects and investments
  • Facilitate interactions with global analytics partners (e.g., Nielsen, Kantar)

Ideal Candidate Profile

  • 8-10 years of experience in a similar role with a strong background in data analysis and recommendations
  • Proficient in market analysis tools such as Nielsen and Panel Data
  • Exceptional analytical and communication skills
  • Ability to integrate various data sources into cohesive analyses
  • Fluent in English; proficiency in additional languages is advantageous
  • Willingness to travel as required
