Senior Global Compensation Strategist

We are seeking an experienced Compensation Specialist to support our global strategy and practices.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and align compensation objectives with the company's strategy and global practices.
- Support annual salary planning to ensure cost-effective and fair salary increases.
- Support the overall rewards strategy, including executive compensation, short- and long-term incentive plans.
- Provide guidelines on compensation topics to regional HR representatives and business leaders, including market and industry trends.
- Ensure cost-efficient and market-driven compensation procedures and standards within the organization.
- Obtain a global grading system (Willis Towers Watson) to support the organizational structure.
- Partner with Finance and Controlling.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or equivalent qualification.
- Minimum 5-7 years of experience in compensation in an international company.
- Expert knowledge on specific topics such as job architecture, job leveling, and compensation practices in key markets, as well as compensation planning tools and other state-of-the-art C&B tools.
- Strong knowledge in HR topics, including performance evaluation, salary, compensation components, and good knowledge in controlling and financial topics.
- Excellent analytical skills and ability to detail without losing the big picture.
- Growth mindset paired with strong self-initiative to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team.
- Ability to present complex topics in a clear and understandable way, communicate effectively, and interact with senior management.
- Fluent knowledge in written and spoken English.
