Job Title: Demand Planning Manager

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled Demand Planning Manager to join our team at DSJ Global. As a key member of our supply chain team, you will play a critical role in aligning demand with supply, ensuring product availability, and optimizing inventory levels.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Demand Forecasting and Analysis: Develop and manage rolling demand forecasts, maintaining a high level of accuracy and implementing corrective actions when variances occur.
  • Inventory and Supply Chain Management: Collaborate with inventory management and procurement teams to ensure optimal stock levels, balancing supply with demand and supporting the execution of product launches.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with sales and product development teams to capture insights on future demand, leading Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP) process to drive alignment between business objectives and operational capabilities.
  • Process Optimization & Strategy: Lead initiatives to continuously improve demand planning processes, ensuring efficiency and implementing best practices in demand planning and inventory management.
  • Data-Driven Forecasting: Utilize ERP systems and demand planning tools to improve forecasting and streamline planning processes.

Requirements:

  • 5-10 years of experience in demand planning, forecasting, and central disposition.
  • Standard Supply Chain Qualifications.
  • Proven experience in end-to-end planning functions.
  • Analytic Skills - ability to analyze large data sets, forecast trends, and make data-driven decisions to improve accuracy and efficiency.
  • Communication - Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Problem Solving - Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to address complex supply chain issues and improve processes.
