Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Senior Key Account Manager to join our team in Germany. As a Senior Key Account Manager, you will be responsible for managing and growing our key accounts in the German market, focusing on the high-end product lines of Germany's largest automotive client.

Responsibilities:

  • Account Management: Develop and execute strategies to grow and maintain key accounts, ensuring strong relationships with senior management and IT teams.
  • Business Development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the automotive sector, leveraging your expertise in ICT solutions.
  • Sales and Marketing: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and execute sales and marketing strategies, driving revenue growth and market expansion.
  • Client Engagement: Provide exceptional client service, ensuring timely and effective resolution of client issues and concerns.
  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to align strategies and drive business results.

Requirements:

  • Education: Bachelor's degree or higher in a relevant field.
  • Experience: At least 5 years of experience in ICT account sales, with a proven track record of success in managing and growing key accounts.
  • Skills: Strong technical background in IT, with knowledge of storage, networks, and typical applications in an enterprise environment. Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with fluency in German and English.
