The primary objective of this role is to gain a comprehensive understanding of the market landscape, align with the strategic priorities of CCH Tagetik, and spearhead the product management for the CCH Tagetik Extended Planning suite, particularly focusing on Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A). This position plays a crucial role in facilitating a successful market entry strategy. Our operations are global, with both direct and indirect channels, and we are committed to expanding our reach across various regions and enhancing our product offerings.
This position can be based in Italy, UK, or remotely in Europe. Reporting to the VP of Integrated Business Planning, you will collaborate with various functional teams within CCH Tagetik (Sales, Presales, Partner & Alliances, Marketing, Go-to-market & pricing, Development, Customer Success, Finance) to implement segment priorities and contribute to the growth of the Corporate Performance Management & ESG division of Wolters Kluwer. This role is primarily focused on Outbound Product Management, driving revenue and establishing our market presence.
Required Qualifications:
- Education: Bachelor's degree is mandatory.
- The emphasis is on managing the Extended Planning (XP&A) solution for the Office of CFO within CCH Tagetik, concentrating on the Financial Planning & Analysis aspect.
- Experience: A minimum of 10 years in leadership roles within an enterprise software company, specifically in the Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A), Corporate Performance Management (CPM), Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP), or Extended Planning (XP&A) sectors.
- At least 5 years of experience in Product Management within an enterprise software environment.
- Familiarity with the critical processes involved in the Office of CFO of large enterprises, including comprehensive enterprise-wide budgeting, planning, and forecasting processes.
- Proven experience in managing multiple complex international projects in the FP&A domain.
- Experience in positioning FP&A & CPM both externally (to Analysts, in Webinars, User conferences, and events) and internally (Sales Enablement, Marketing support, Pre-Sales support, and GTM support).
Preferred Qualifications:
- Education: MBA is preferred.
- Ability to synthesize complex information and develop a cohesive approach and plan.
- Experience working within a global matrix organizational structure, with a collaborative style and the ability to communicate complex technical concepts to diverse audiences.
- Proven track record of managing multiple simultaneous projects and leading teams through varying complexities while ensuring daily operations align with critical success factors.
- Strong customer orientation with a focus on delivering premium service efficiently and economically.
- Experience in communicating complex technical concepts in English, including executive-level presentations.
- Knowledge of agile methodologies is advantageous.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop, articulate, and execute a comprehensive Extended Planning product roadmap tailored for the Office of CFO of large, global enterprises, leveraging the CCH Tagetik platform's architecture as a strategic asset for delivering additional products and solutions.
- Acquire in-depth knowledge of the core business and trends within the Office of CFO, assessing total market opportunities, customer profiles, competitive landscapes, and market trends to identify growth prospects.
- Utilize customer insights to inform product feature planning, prioritizing requirements, and detailing the rationale behind product decisions.
- Collaborate with Development scrum teams to ensure timely delivery of features while maintaining high quality and customer satisfaction.
- Partner with Pre-Sales to deliver product demonstrations for external marketing and internal enablement.
- Formulate and implement a growth-oriented product strategy, optimizing current offerings and exploring new product opportunities to enhance customer solutions.
- Work alongside other teams (Marketing, Go-to-market, Customer Success) to ensure that sales and service teams are well-prepared to represent the CCH Tagetik brand and foster strong customer relationships, positioning CCH Tagetik as the preferred provider in the market.
