About the Role

We are seeking a Senior Global Growth Planning & Consumer Analytics Manager to join our Brand Building department. As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial role in supporting our growth strategy and driving business results.

Your Key Responsibilities

  • Lead growth planning and strategy development for our global business
  • Collaborate with the Consumer Insights team to define routes of growth and develop market analysis
  • Consolidate and analyze multiple data sources, including market data and consumer insights
  • Develop and implement KPIs and benchmarks for each category
  • Lead the implementation of predictive analytics and AI-driven solutions to support business decisions
  • Support the interaction with global analytics partners and stakeholders

About You

We are looking for a highly experienced professional with a strong background in data analysis and business strategy. You should have:

8-10 years of experience in a similar role with relevant experience in analyzing data and developing recommendationsExcellent management skills in market tools and data analysisSuperior analytical and communication skillsAbility to connect different data sources and develop insightsFluency in English, with any other language being a plusFlexibility to travel
