Lead Environment Artist

Crytek is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Lead Environment Artist to join our team. As a key member of our art team, you will be responsible for leading the creation of high-quality environment art for our AAA title, Crysis 4.
Responsibilities- Lead the day-to-day management of the art team, ensuring timely delivery of assets and maintaining high standards of quality.
- Collaborate with the Art Director to develop and implement the art vision and style for the project.
- Develop and maintain good working practices and structure for the project, based on scope and resources.
- Ensure good communication and coordination between the art team and other disciplines.
- Assist with recruitment and selection of staff for the team.
- Prepare and monitor task schedules for the art team.
- Extensive games experience, with at least 1 AAA title shipped as a Lead Artist.
- Management and project planning experience, with a strong ability to create believable, realistic environments in a real-time engine.
- Excellent understanding of production procedures and software employed in the team.
- Strong interpersonal and motivational skills, with excellent written and verbal communication.
- Able to manage, plan, and organize time, with the ability to work under pressure and with tight deadlines.
