Position Overview: Account Manager

The Account Manager plays a crucial role in driving revenue within a designated territory. This individual will manage all business accounts in the assigned area, crafting and executing strategic sales initiatives to foster the company's financial success.

Location: Munich

Core Responsibilities:

  • Design and implement a tailored sales strategy for the territory and specific client accounts.
  • Maintain comprehensive knowledge of the company's offerings to provide precise information to clients.
  • Oversee existing accounts while actively seeking to grow the customer base within the territory.
  • Engage in sales activities and meetings, with travel as a necessary component.

Required Qualifications:

  • Master's degree in Molecular Biology (PhD preferred).
  • Experience with Next Generation Sequencing technologies.
  • Previous sales experience within the Life Sciences sector.
  • Exceptional English communication skills, with fluency in German.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
  • Proven track record in generating customer leads and driving business development.
  • Ability to cultivate and sustain client relationships while working independently from a remote office.
