About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to join our team as a Sales and Business Development Manager. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving business growth and development in the Northern Bavaria/Thuringia region.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide technical and commercial advice and support to existing and potential customers in the sales region.
  • Engage in intensive acquisition activities across various sectors, including services, engineering projects, and product sales.
  • Work closely with internal stakeholders to coordinate customer activities and foster collaboration and teamwork.
  • Take ownership of sales and gross profit responsibilities within your defined sales area.
  • Negotiate agreements on prices and delivery conditions, demonstrating expertise in securing mutually beneficial outcomes.
  • Stay ahead of the curve by gathering market intelligence on filter technology trends, requirements, and competitor activities.

Qualifications and Requirements

  • Hold an engineering degree coupled with relevant professional experience.
  • Have a strong technical understanding to effectively communicate complex concepts.
  • Preferably have knowledge of the filtration market.
  • Showcase strong negotiation skills and business acumen, essential for driving successful deals and partnerships.
  • Demonstrate flexibility in adapting to diverse customer structures (OEM/MRO), market structures in diverse industry sectors, and a variety of offers.
  • Be fluent in German and proficient in English, facilitating seamless communication and collaboration in our multicultural environment.
