About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Manager to join our team at Freudenberg Performance Materials GmbH & Co. KG. As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for building and expanding business relationships with our customers in the healthcare industry.

Key Responsibilities
  • Business Development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities with partner companies in the healthcare sector.
  • Customer Relationship Management: Maintain and expand existing customer relationships to drive sales growth and customer satisfaction.
  • Market Analysis: Analyze market trends and developments to inform sales strategies and drive business growth.
  • Contract Management: Negotiate and manage contracts with major clients to ensure successful business outcomes.
  • Strategic Planning: Contribute to the operational and strategic planning of the Business Unit to drive business growth and success.
Requirements
  • Education: Completed degree in Business Administration, Textile Engineering, or a comparable field of study.
  • Sales Experience: Initial experience in sales, preferably in the healthcare sector.
  • IT Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office, using CRM systems and SAP.
  • Language Skills: Fluency in English and German.
  • Customer Orientation: Strong affinity for international sales, value-selling, and excellent customer orientation.
  • Project Management: Methodical and practical knowledge in project management.
  • Personal Skills: Confident demeanor, strong communication and presentation skills, goal-oriented.
  • Travel: Willingness to travel (30-50%).
