About the Role

This is a key leadership position within Freudenberg, responsible for driving the company's e-commerce strategy and development. The successful candidate will lead various trade customers in the e-commerce sector, as well as direct-to-consumer shops, and be responsible for achieving business targets (Sales, Gross Profit) and other non-financial targets.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive digital activation plan to drive business growth and customer engagement.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to enhance long-term partnerships and drive category potential.
  • Develop and implement annual customer plans based on the international core range and new product development, and monitor success with key performance indicators (KPIs).
  • Ensure seamless onboarding processes for the brand on major German marketplaces, develop business plans using the 4Ps, and monitor success with KPIs.
  • Acquire new relevant customers and develop new sales channels to drive business growth.

Requirements

  • University degree and 3-5 years of experience in e-commerce and digital communication, with experience in FMCG business being beneficial.
  • Good understanding of overall sales processes, customers, and competitors, as well as a full understanding of client P&L and ways to activate.
  • Strong communication skills, analytical thinking, effective negotiation skills, and ability to work collaboratively in teams or independently.
  • In-depth understanding of key financial figures.
  • Experience in onboarding, managing, and activating online marketplaces.
  • Fluent in German and English.
