Inside Sales Manager - Central Cluster (m/f/d)
Overview
Developing a remote sales channel through Inside Sales is one of the key initiatives for BSC EMEA across multiple divisions. Our goal is to provide an exceptional customer experience by cultivating and maintaining robust relationships remotely, while also expanding into currently underutilized market segments.
Role Summary
The Inside Sales Manager will oversee the daily operations of the inside sales team. This role focuses on coaching, process enhancement, and skill development for Inside Sales representatives. The position reports to the EMEA Inside Sales Director.
This role is integral to the Healthcare Services & Alliance central team and will work closely with divisional stakeholders. Under the general guidance of the EMEA Leader, this position will be responsible for stakeholder management and cross-divisional coordination within the designated region.
Key Responsibilities
Management of Inside Sales team performance includes:
Regular assessment of actual sales against targets and developing action plans based on this analysis. Conducting team motivation and performance enhancement meetings at appropriate intervals. Daily tracking of process metrics and planning of work activities. Weekly Sales Reviews utilizing Sales Cloud (our Customer Relationship Management system) and Tableau (Our Reporting and Analytics system) to analyze customer data, franchise distribution, and sales activities per account with the sales representatives to drive growth. Recruiting and onboarding new Inside Sales Representatives. Promoting the implementation and utilization of technology platforms within their teams. Addressing Sales Cloud & IT issues as they arise. Establishing partnerships with divisional managers for effective collaboration. Presenting Inside Sales models to internal stakeholders and facilitating their adoption. Leading change management initiatives. Influencing divisional stakeholders towards optimized processes, account selection, target setting, and best practices in leveraging Inside Sales.
