Position: Customer Sales Specialist

We are excited to announce an opening for a Customer Sales Specialist at our esteemed client in the consolidation and logistics industry. In this role, you will play a crucial part in delivering outstanding service to our current clientele, preparing detailed quotations, managing administrative responsibilities, and aiding in the acquisition of new clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Independently and collaboratively manage and support existing clients (Approximately 80% of your time)
  • Prepare comprehensive quotes and preliminary calculations
  • Handle various administrative tasks efficiently
  • Assist in the pursuit of new customer opportunities (Approximately 20% of your time)
Qualifications
  • Enjoy engaging with clients via phone communication
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Fluent in German for effective negotiations
  • A collaborative team player with a positive demeanor
