Insight Recruitment is collaborating with a premier manufacturer in the load bank sector, seeking a dedicated professional for their internal sales and administrative functions.
Position Summary
The successful candidate will work in conjunction with the sales and operational teams, focusing on generating quotations, managing follow-ups on prior quotes, and efficiently directing inquiries to the appropriate sales and rental departments. This role emphasizes strong communication with clients.
Work Environment
This position is designed to be remote, allowing flexibility for home-based work within a specified radius of a major city. Comprehensive training on company products, applications, and CRM systems will be provided.
Key Responsibilities
- Direct all incoming inquiries related to rental sales to the appropriate account manager.
- Prepare and issue rental quotations ranging from simple to moderately complex.
- Maintain accurate records of rental sales opportunities, including monthly forecasts and CRM updates.
- Facilitate communication between the initial sales process and operational execution.
- Conduct follow-ups on outstanding quotations.
- Collaborate closely with account managers as a vital member of the sales team.
- Occasionally participate in customer engagement events.
- Provide ongoing customer support and assistance.
- Identify and develop new sales opportunities through various channels.
Administrative Duties
- Track the process from inquiry to offer in collaboration with the sales manager.
- Oversee the administration of the order execution process, which includes:
- Placing orders with the manufacturing facility.
- Confirming orders with clients.
- Ensuring accurate invoicing.
- Coordinating logistics post-manufacturing.
- Maintaining communication with clients throughout the process.
- Reporting revenue figures to the sales manager.
Qualifications
- Proficient in both written German and English.
- Strong numerical aptitude.
- High proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to perform efficiently under pressure and with minimal supervision.
- Capability to grasp technical knowledge related to company products and applications.
Communication Skills
- Effectively communicate with both domestic and international operations in a timely manner.
- Demonstrate clear written communication with clients.
- Exhibit a strong telephone presence to facilitate effective interactions.
Team Collaboration
- Contribute as a proactive and enthusiastic member of a dedicated team.
- Exhibit confidence and initiative in challenging situations.
