Lounge Operations Manager

About the Role
As a Lounge Operations Manager, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth and efficient running of our prestigious airport lounge. Your responsibilities will encompass overseeing all aspects of lounge operations, from managing staff and resources to delivering exceptional customer service.
Key Responsibilities
- Effectively utilize available resources to meet the diverse needs of our passengers and operational requirements.
- Ensure that all service providers are well-briefed on expectations and deliver their services efficiently and professionally.
- Maintain a keen focus on cost control for consumables while consistently meeting the high standards of passenger satisfaction.
- Promptly address any queries or complaints from passengers, ensuring a positive and memorable experience.
- Prepare accurate reports and statistical data to monitor lounge performance and identify areas for improvement.
- Manage lounge access sales, generate comprehensive sales reports, and handle crew-related issues effectively.
- Provide support to operational teams as needed, demonstrating flexibility and a commitment to teamwork.
- Motivate and coach lounge agents to deliver outstanding customer service, fostering a culture of excellence.
- Conduct regular menu tastings and audits to ensure the highest quality standards for our culinary offerings.
Qualifications & Experience
- 'O' Level or equivalent education.
- Professional training in airline operations is essential.
- Minimum 4 years of experience within the airline industry, demonstrating a proven track record of success.
- Fluency in both English and German is required.
