Wir suchen einen erfahrenen Business Development Manager, der sich auf den Maschinenbau und die Automatisierungstechnik spezialisiert hat. Als Teil unseres Teams werden Sie verantwortlich sein für den Ausbau des System-geschäfts im strategischen Zielmarkt Maschinenbau & Automation in Deutschland.

Aufgaben
  • Verantwortung für den Ausbau des System-geschäfts im strategischen Zielmarkt Maschinenbau & Automation in Deutschland (ca. 50%)
  • Durchführung von Markt- und Wettbewerbs-analysen sowie Identifikation und Verfolgung von Markt- und Kundenpotentialen
  • Akquise und Umsetzung von Projekten
  • Parallele Verantwortung für das etablierte Vertriebsgebiet NRW mit Fokus auf die Entwicklung von Bestandskunden (ca. 50%)
  • Enge Zusammenarbeit mit Customer Service, Projektmanagement, PM und Flächenvertrieb
Anforderungen
  • Abgeschlossenes elektrotechnisches Studium oder vergleichbare Ausbildung
  • Erfahrung im Umfeld elektrotechnischer oder elektromechanischer Produkte (z.B. Taster & Schalter, Safety-Produkte, Steckverbinder & Kabelkonfektionen, HMI's)
  • Branchenkenntnisse im Bereich Maschinenbau und/ oder Automatisierungstechnik
  • Kommunikative Persönlichkeit mit Kundenorientierung und hoher technischer Affinität
  • Gute analytische Fähigkeiten
  • Homeoffice in Nordrhein-Westfalen
