About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Manager to join our team at XIBIX Solutions / nerdware GmbH. As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and revenue expansion across our customer base.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and expand our customer base.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers, identifying new business opportunities and upselling/cross-selling our services.
  • Identify and pursue new sales leads, leveraging your professional network and industry connections.
  • Collaborate with our Business and Support Units to develop and implement sales processes and strategies.
  • Conduct market research and analysis to stay up-to-date on industry trends and competitor activity.
Requirements
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in sales, preferably in the IT industry, with a focus on cloud technologies.
  • Established professional network in the IT industry, with a strong track record of generating new business opportunities.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues.
  • Strategic thinking and problem-solving skills, with the ability to adapt to changing market conditions.
  • Relevant certifications or education in sales, marketing, or a related field.
