Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated Inside Sales Representative to join our team. As an Inside Sales Representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, handling order processing, and maintaining accurate customer data.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide telephone support to customers to ensure high satisfaction levels
  • Handle order processing and manage complaints
  • Maintain customer data accurately
  • Collaborate closely with the purchasing and field sales teams
  • Participate in training sessions and product presentations

Requirements

  • Completed education, preferably in the hospitality or food sector
  • Sales experience is desirable
  • Strong sales skills
  • Commercial and gastronomic understanding
  • Solid PC skills and proficiency in MS Office
  • Organizational talent and ability to work in a team
  • Excellent communication, resilience, self-reliance, and flexibility
